Marketing has begun for the 12-story residential condominium project by Brack Capital Real Estate USA at 15 Union Square West.
The building was originally a five-story cast-iron building designed in 1870 by John Kellum for Tiffany & Co., and Brack is adding 7 floors to create a total of 36 apartments.
