OVERVIEW

Formed in 2016, Strategic Housing Partners is a joint venture led by five proven real estate principals. With more than $5 billion in successful real estate transactions over the last two decades, the principals of SHP have created an impressive track record of profitability and growth.

SHP specializes in acquiring and repositioning underperforming or mismanaged income-producing multifamily properties through recapitalization, renovation, and professional management. Utilizing a vertically integrated platform, SHP works cohesively with its in-house asset management and affiliated construction and property management companies to help optimize SHP’s growing portfolio of multifamily assets.

PROPERTY ACQUISITION

In the last year, SHP has acquired approximately 1,200 multifamily units in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, and is currently negotiating or under contract on multiple additional properties.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

SHP’s asset management division oversees all capital expenditures and operational facets following property acquisitions. This allows SHP to optimize its operations by maximizing revenue sources, mitigating expenditures where possible, and reducing liability and risk. SHP leverages its asset management team to allocate resources strategically, increasing property values and investment returns.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Strategic Renovation Partners, SHP’s affiliated construction management company, rehabilitates acquired assets and oversees capital improvements. Strategic Renovation Partners allows SHP to maximize its property values and increase its revenues by managing material sourcing and quality control.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

SHP utilizes its affiliated property management company, Coastline Real Estate Advisors, to professionally manage all acquired properties. Headquartered in El Segundo, CREA has offices located throughout Southern California, including San Diego and Panorama City, as well as in New York City. Since its founding in 2008, CREA has managed over $1 billion in asset value across 7,000 residential units.
